"The Salsa Guru", Anand Majumdar broke all tradition to pursue his passion for dance.
He specialises in teaching Salsa, Mambo, Bachata, Tango, Rumba and many other partner dance styles. The past 10 years has been an enriching journey for him to travel extensively to teach dance within India and in places like Singapore, Hong kong, Malaysia, UK, South Africa, Nepal and Thailand. His vast knowledge enables him to elaborate and articulate every detail of dance movement, lead and follow.
Anand is an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer by qualification. He worked for several years in computer software development and Human Resources before transforming his dance dream into a reality. In addition to being a full time dance professional he is also a DJ, a Fashion Photographer and an International Marathon runner.
His passion for dance, in the year 2001 gave birth to a temple of learning - QUICKSTEPSALSA.
