"Born & brought up in Mumbai, a commerce graduate from National College Bandra[Mumbai], Dhruv started working since a very early age.He has ventured into different fields in life. From managing his families liquor, real estate & timber business, to working as a sales representative, to working in MNC's, to working in BPO's, he's overcome all obstacles that have come in his path. However, Dhruv was not satisfied, as his real interest & passion lied somewhere else.
Dhruv is very adventurous, enthusiastic, & energetic. He loves playing sports like Cricket, chess, snooker, pool, enjoys swimming & loves to listen & create music. He learned to play the keyboard as a child & learned to mix music from his cousin brother who was a DJ.Dhruv helped his brother when he used to Dj at popular night clubs. But he never got a chance to actually explore his own potential as a musician.
Being very imaginative and creative, Dhruv always wanted become either musician or an actor as he loves to entertain. However, due to certain reasons, he could'nt fulfill this dream. However, destiny had other plans. His dream, his passion took over and he joined Anupam Kher's acting institute,"Actor Prepares, The School For Actors", to discover the actor within leaving behind a cozy comfortable corporate life which would have assured him a steady definite growth and embarked upon this exciting but grueling journey which only assured him of uncertainty and struggle. Since then Dhruv has'nt looked back and his acting talent landed him the oppourtunity to play the lead role in a play called "Marnoprant" which was directed by Rishi Singh, of the famous theatre group of Delhi called Tarkash, which was founded by Mr. Govind Namdeo.
Tarkash gave Dhruv the platform to show his talent as an actor. However, the musician within him was waiting for his turn anxiously. And then came along QuickstepSALSA & Gatearch Productions with "Dreamsellers" who gave Dhruv the oppourtunity to provide music to the their rib tickling english play making Dhruv a Music Director, which he once dreamed".
